Today I'm sharing with you a Heart Treat Pocket!
These Heart Treat Pockets are very easy to make. You can make them with plain cardstock and then cover with pattern paper or you can just make with pattern paper.
What you will need...
1 piece of cardstock ( plain or pattern paper) 6 x 9
Score this piece at 3" on the 6"side.
Either draw you a heart shape on half of the folded paper or cut you out a 6" heart and draw on your paper. Cut the top part of the heart out.
With the piece unfolded, take the bottom of the paper and meet with the tip of the V of the heart, crease and burnish.
Now take the right corner and line up with the center score line and crease and burnish
Now take the left corner and line up the the other side and crease and burnish.
Take the little flap at the top and fold down towards you.
Take the ends of the flap and fold around to the back and tape/glue to back.
The Heart Treat Pocket is done! Now you can decorate with pattern paper or leave one color and decorate. I hope you enjoy this tutorial.
