Carry Stack Box with written tutorial

Hi Everyone!

I want to welcome you to my new blog!

Today I have cute carry stack box to share with you today!

These boxes are very easy to make. The two girl ones were made from papers I received in a monthly craftology box with Authentique Paper called "Beloved". The guy one I made from a digital paper file that I received from Crafter's Companion. The design of the box is similar to the advent matchbox calendars, I made two different styles; the first style I glue the top handle together and the second style I left the top separate so it can be used to put a sentiment. Below I will leave some valuable links, and I hope you take a look at them all. Thank you for looking at my post and I hope you have a great day!

The written tutorial is next! This written tutorial is my original. The video tutorial that shows this exactly as its written here is the Carry Stack Tutorial Remake. The original tutorial, I will be taking down soon.

You will need...

For the inner drawers; three pieces of cardstock measuring 5 x 5 inches.
For the slip covers; three pieces of cardstock 3 x 9 inches.
For the wrap; two pieces of cardstock 3 x 9 inches.

To make the inner drawer, place each of the 5 x 5 inch squares and score 1 inch all around the four sides. Crease and burnish the score lines, trim out a slim triangle from the corner intersections and glue the four sides in place. Complete the three boxes in the same way.

To make the slip covers, place the 9" edge at the top and score at 1", move over 1 /16 of an inch, score at 4", score at 5, move over 1/16 of an inch, then score at 8".  Crease and burnish the score lines. Glue the slip cover together using the narrower end panel as a glue tab. Create three of these and slide the trays inside. Glue the three drawers together in a stack.

To make the wrap, place the 9"edge at the top. Score at 1", score at 3, move over 1/16 of an inch, and score at 6.  Crease and burnish the score lines. Glue the large scored end to bottom of box. Making sure the score lines match up on my corner. Glue the sides of the slip covers and attach the wrap. Do the same for the other piece of the wrap on the other side.

Crease and burnish the two score lines at the top on each side. Glue the top tabs together or leave separate to embellish.
